The easiest way to order from us is online, using our virtual web-based shopping. Just use your credit card, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We accept orders through the mail, with checks or money orders (payable in U.S. Funds). We also accept orders from PayPal, where you can use your account with them, a major credit card, or a checking account draw. An option is available in the checkout process to direct your payment through PayPal. It is very simple. You must be satisfied or we will refund your money for returned Merchandise. Return the item within two weeks and we will refund the purchase price by return mail. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise returned in other than saleable condition. Sorry, we cannot refund postage and handling costs or postage for returned articles.


We will not exchange or refund purchase price on ePatterns that have already been transmitted to the customer.


We argue, kick, and scream with our suppliers and shippers when it comes to cost; consequently, we believe we offer you the very best quality for the price.
