Knit wristbands and neck are good fitting without being too tight. This is in sizes 38 to 46 inches, so men and women can wear it. Uses worsted weight yarns, knitting needles, US # 7 and # 9. Also a 16 circular # 7 for neckband. This knits up rather quickly!
