This set works up rather quickly, using worsted weight yarns, and knitting needles US # 10. In this pattern we used Michaels Crafts, Jumbo skein Craft Yarn for purse and leftover Red heart Super Saver for scarf. We found this to be a fun set to work on, and we think you will like it too. If you need a quick gift idea, just make the scarf, to wear over neck and shoulders for a last minute birthday gift idea!
