Description
Every Christmas tree should have several white doves to bring good luck throughout the year. This is fairly easy to knit, and you can use up scrap yarns too. Finished size is about 4 long and 2½ high. Simple to knit wings are sewn on, then you will need a bit of pillow stuffing or cotton balls to stuff bird. Not much detail work to do to keep it easy. These are good to hang around the house all year long! Try making bluebirds, or any color birds. Children will want one of their own to hold too.
